Melissa is responsible for Catalyst Corporate’s internal and external financial reporting and financial planning.
Prior to taking her current role as CFO of Catalyst Corporate in 2006, Melissa served as the corporate's controller. Before joining Catalyst Corporate in 1994, she was a senior auditor for Price Waterhouse for five years. Melissa is a member of Catalyst Corporate's ALCO, its Enterprise Risk Management Committee and its Technology Steering Committee.
She received both her bachelor of science and master of science degrees from the University of North Texas and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
