Confirm TLS 1.2 is Enabled for ATMs & ITMs

Attention NCR and Hyosung ATM/ITM Users:

Catalyst Corporate will sunset Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.0/1.1 for ATM/ITM transmissions on Sunday, July 31, 2022.

After July 31, please note that all connections must be made using the minimum standard security protocol of TLS 1.2.

How to enable TLS 1.2:
Ensure your terminals are upgraded to Windows 10 or higher and are running version 4.x NCR Passport Agent. If you have any questions regarding an upgrade to your NCR software, please contact your NCR representative.
