Taking steps to have sufficient, trained staff availability ensures successful ongoing operations.
Catalyst encourages credit union administrators to review critical operations, including TranZact users and user authorities:
- Set up additional users in TranZact, if necessary
- Review user authorities in TranZact to ensure proper access for specific tasks
- Request tokens from Catalyst for new TranZact users
- Train backup staff on procedures, with increased emphasis on security
These steps will help ensure your members' requests are processed without delay.
