BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Catalyst Corporate's Board of Directors represents members in states from coast-to-coast. Catalyst Corporate invites management from its member credit unions to volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors. Elections are conducted in accordance with the bylaws at each annual meeting, followed by committee appointments.

Determine and monitor the overall strategic direction of Catalyst Corporate to ensure that Catalyst Corporate’s services are meeting the needs of its members. Procedures for Becoming a Catalyst Corporate Director

Catalyst Corporate’s Board of Directors selects a nominating committee to identify candidates for election to seats that are up for election each year. Members also can petition for board seats that are up for election. All member credit unions will receive an annual meeting notice in advance, including information about the opportunity to be considered for office through nomination or petition.
