Eric Phillips
Director - Office Svcs. & Facilities
Eric is responsible for Catalyst Corporate’s headquarters and regional facility operations, construction, building engineering, building security, landscape and maintenance. He also is responsible for directing mail services, document management services, supplies and equipment management, purchasing, and shipping and receiving.
Prior to joining Catalyst Corporate in 2022, Eric served as vice president, facilities & administrative services manager, for eight years at Texas Capital Bank, where he oversaw all facility management and maintenance of built environments in Texas. Previously, he served as facilities coordinator for ACE American Insurance for nine years, coordinating facilities and administrative operations for a regional campus and five satellite offices.
Eric attended the University of North Texas. He has his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation through International Facilities Management Association.
